The transformation
A brochure designed to make a commercial proposition easier to present.
Oakline Property Solutions needed a polished piece for commercial conversations: something with enough structure to guide the reader, and enough confidence to make the business feel established and considered.
01
The brief
The brochure needed to work as a practical sales tool across meetings, proposals and follow-up conversations. It had to introduce the business quickly, create a clear sense of value and leave space for the reader to understand the detail.
02
The structure
I shaped the document as a sequence rather than a collection of disconnected pages. Opening context leads into the offer, supporting information and a clear next step, with typography and spacing doing the work of keeping the story easy to follow.
03
The outcome
The result is a twelve-page brochure that gives Oakline a more consistent, more useful way to present the business in print and digital conversations.
Key decision
Give every page a clear job in the conversation.
Why it matters
A brochure becomes more useful when the reader always understands where they are, why the information matters and what to look at next.
