Jenna’s Beauty Spot

Web Design · Booking · Beauty Visit live site

A warm, booking-first site for a Swanley beauty salon offering Dermalogica facials, CND nails and lash extensions.

Jenna’s Beauty Spot

The transformation

A new beginning for an established beauty business.

Jenna created the original GoDaddy template herself around 15 years earlier, without SEO, customer-journey or messaging expertise. The business and its treatment range had outgrown it.

01

The original situation

A wide mix of skin treatments, nails, lashes, waxing and brow services had accumulated without a clear structure. New clients could not easily see the full offer, compare relevant treatments, understand costs or know how to prepare.

Returning clients needed fast access to familiar actions, while Jenna’s Dermalogica expertise and the quality of the established business needed to feel more visible and credible.

02

The strategic response

I completed a rebrand with a new logo and palette, reorganised the treatment range around clear customer intent, clarified services and costs, and strengthened the site’s search foundations.

Advanced skin services are separated from everyday appointments, with prices, preparation and aftercare positioned alongside the decisions they support.

03

From discovery to contact

Each service has a purposeful route from treatment discovery and price through preparation to contact. Service-specific actions prepare the relevant WhatsApp enquiry automatically, making it easier for clients to ask the right question and for Jenna to understand what they need.

Booking, WhatsApp, vouchers and product shopping remain distinct so visitors can complete the task they arrived for without moving through unrelated offers.

Supported outcome

Customers have commented that they had not realised Jenna offered the full range of services and that contacting her is now easier. Jenna values the WhatsApp integration because it makes enquiries easier for both her and her clients to manage.

Key decision

Make the treatment range clear before asking people to book.

Why it matters

Clear categories, prices and preparation guidance help a client choose confidently; the right contact route then carries useful context into the conversation.

The living website

A broad treatment menu. One effortless booking journey.

Distinct service routes help new clients choose confidently and returning clients get back to booking quickly.
